MEET OUR CHEF
Bear Mountain is proud to welcome Chef Michael Matarazzo, as their new executive chef. Originally from Bellmore, NY, Chef Matarazzo is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. After culinary school, he decided to continue his education at the world renowned Greenbrier Resort inWhite Sulphur Springs, WV, where he successfully completed one of the nation’s most well respected culinary apprenticeship programs.
Chef Matarazzo will be competing for the title of American Culinary Federation (ACF) Northeast Region Chef of the Year, on March 13 in Hershey, Pa. Click here for more information
